Yes, 100% homemade. We prepare our veloutés and soups daily using traditional recipes, prioritizing seasonal vegetables and those from our own garden whenever possible.

Our homemade salad dressing is made from mayonnaise, grain mustard, vegetable stock, and herb vinegar. It does not contain major common allergens, but please ask our staff for the full list.
